I remember snowboarding as a kid and staring at the Special Blend ads, being so hyped on the outerwear style and in awe of the crushing team rider roster. So many year’s later to be designing textile patterns for them was a true privilege. ‘Flower Power’ was inspired by Japanese paper patterns and integrates a classic floral motif into a larger camouflage style blocking of shape and color. Rocked in three different colorways my favorite is the brown with fall pop; another excuse to praise autumn.
