From beginner to advanced there is always an aspect of the DJ artform to learn, build upon and expand. Scott pulls from 20+ years of DJ experience across many genres of music. Topics can include: Seamless mixing, curating sets, Track prep formula, FX techniques, mixing in key, creating an arc, open format techniques, etc.

Lessons are taught utilizing Traktor software. No hardware device is necessary but it will make mixing easier as more layers of complexity are added. For those new to Traktor please watch and follow along with the intro tutorial and make sure application is in working order before our meeting.

Cost: $90/hr

Music production sessions can move in three directions: 01 Learning fundamentals, 02 getting feedback on existing work or 03 co-producing a song together. Sessions can focus on music theory, arrangement, sound design, mixing and more. Scott brings 13 years of production experience that he has cultivated with over 100 music releases.

Come with your questions and focus clear to get the most out of our time. Sessions are taught using Ableton Live 11. For those new to Ableton Live please watch and follow along with the intro tutorial and make sure application is in working order before our meeting.
